For Insider's Guide pieces, we are looking for the unique perspective of someone who has "been there and done that." If you have served on a town board or committee, or have a special expertise in a particular area of interest, and would like to give the facts plus some commentary, this section of the ActonForum is for you! Your contribution, if published, will be credited to you unless you request that your name not be published (it will then be listed as "contributed by a reader").
